Reporting Analyst


Provides administrative and technical support in the assembly and dissemination of departmental information. Acts as an inter- departmental liaison and coordinates with the SWB Office of Communications in the provision of information to the Public. Performs other related duties and responsibilities as directed.


Preferred candidate shall possess Bachelor’s degree in information management, engineering, construction management, mathematics, or computer science


Experienced in handling large quantities of data as well as have experience in working in project management. This includes tracking project data, storing project data, creating reports, analyzing reports, and sharing finding with various project stakeholders.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative project data collection, project data management and analysis methodology
  • Skillful in using reporting programs like Crystal Reports, SharePoint, complex Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, and familiar with Primavera P6 scheduling software
  • Skilled in oral and written communication, with demonstrated ability to present project controls information to various project stakeholders
  • Capable of identifying, analyzing, and solving problems
