Prospect New Orleans is an International Arts Biennial. Its third iteration, “Prospect.3: Notes for Now,” is on view through January 25, 2015. The exhibition presents the work of 58 artists selected by Artistic Director Franklin Sirmans, in 18 locations throughout neighborhoods across New Orleans. Founded on the principle that art engenders social progress, the biennial and all related events will be free and open to the public, with the exception of general admission fees at certain participating venues. The biennial is open to the public from October 25, 2014 to January 25, 2015 Wednesdays through Sundays, 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and will be closed on certain holidays.
