New Orleans Fire Department strives to serve every resident to the fullest extent possible, and welcomes compliments and/or complaints. A representative of the Community Relations Division will respond to all feedback submitted here. 

Anyone who has been personally served by NOFD, either during a response to an incident at their home or business, or through a visit to an NOFD facility, can also rate their interaction via the NOFD Satisfaction Survey.
