According to investigators, the suspects, while in the company of two (2) juveniles, physically attacked three victims and then stole their property. During the course of the investigation, detectives determined Millon and Bourgeois were responsible. Millon was re-booked at Central Lock-Up, as he was already in custody on unrelated charges and arrest warrants were issued for Bourgeois, relative to three (3) counts of simple robbery and two (2) counts of contributing to the delinquency of juveniles. Eighth District Detective Michael Flores is in charge of the investigation.
