As the Department of Safety and Permits and the Taxicab and For Hire Vehicle Bureau continue making strides to enhance your customer experience, we have developed an appointment schedule for renewals of all Certificates of Public Necessity and Convenience for the 2015 calendar year.
Our goal is to enable CPNC holders to file renewal applications with representatives of the Bureau without the wait times and lines experienced in previous. In order to make this goal a reality, Safety and Permits has scheduled all CPNC holders a date and time to appear at the Bureau to have their renewals processed.
Taxi renewal appointments will begin on January 5, 2015 and will be scheduled daily through March 4, 2016.
