Additional Information: Palmer Park is located at the uptown terminus of the historic St. Charles streetcar and is also easily accessible by the S. Claiborne bus route.  The acre park provides a home for annual festivals, home tours, concerts and filming.  Families enjoy the mini-rock climbing wall, brand-new jungle gym, swings and slides, and ample green space to run around. 

Every month hundreds gather for the Palmer Park Arts Market, a food, art, craft, and family-filled event that features local craftsmen, artisans, and favorite New Orleans foods. Held on the last Saturday of the month, the Arts Market is just one of the many events locals and visitors enjoy in Palmer Park.
