Preliminary Resilience Assessment

The Preliminary Resilience Assessment (PRA) marks the conclusion of Phase I of the New Orleans Resilience Strategy development process. This report represents the compilation and baseline evaluation of assets, shocks and stresses, stakeholder perceptions, current approaches, and emerging opportunities that inform the creation of Focus Areas, which will guide the more targeted discussion of approaches and implementation in Phase II of the strategy development process. This report concludes with a discussion of Phase II and how the Focus Areas will form the basis of the upcoming Resilience Strategy.
