You may complete your documents and bring it to the Department of Civil Service office or email it to the Management Services division (be sure to sign the appeal form).

Note:  If you are appealing an action by an appointing authority based upon discrimination or if you are invoking Civil Service's Rules pertaining to whistleblower protections, you must include specific information with your appeal.
