Note: If you are appealing an action by an appointing authority based upon discrimination or if you are invoking Civil Service's Rules pertaining to whistleblower protections, you must include specific information with your appeal.
The Civil Service Commission is currently seeking to contract with attorneys to serve as hearing officers at employee disciplinary hearings and court reporters to attend and transcribe these hearings. The deadline to submit applications is March 29, 2024. Following are the requests for proposals and supporting documents:
