Infrastructure Coordination Committee

The Infrastructure Coordination Coommittee (ICC) was established by Mayor Helena Moreno through Executive Order HM 26-04 to improve how the City plans and delivers infrastructure work. The ICC brings together the Department of Public Works (DPW), the Sewerage and Water Board (SWBNO), City capital project teams, and utility partners to coordinate schedules, align maintenance, and capital projects citywide.

The ICC Dashboard shows what infrastructure work is happening across the City and the expected timeline. It displays active and planned projects, SWBNO maintenance work orders, and capital project locations citywide, giving City agencies, utility partners, and the public one shared view to coordinate and sequence work.
