Hard freeze conditions are possible, along with Cold Weather Advisories or Extreme Cold Warnings.

Do you have a complaint about the City's language and communication services?
The City of New Orleans affirms its commitment to ensuring that all community members have access to City information and services. The Office of Human Rights and Equity (OHRE) seeks to uphold the belief that everyone is entitled to human rights, regardless of the language they speak. We recognize that effective communication is necessary for providing quality support and fostering a more inclusive environment. Therefore, community feedback is important to help us identify areas that need improvement and to take steps to address them going forward.
If you feel that you were unable to access vital information from the City due to unmet language needs, please complete and submit the complaint form below. Please use this form to share your experiences, concerns, and/or suggestions related to language and communication access during interactions with the City. Your input will help us better serve our community and ensure that everyone can engage with City services, regardless of their first language or English proficiency.
