Boil Water Advisory for NOLA East Bank

The Sewerage & Water Board issued a precautionary boil water advisory for the East bank of New Orleans, including the Lower 9th Ward and New Orleans East, due to a drop in water pressure.

NEW ORLEANS, LA--Following a meeting with the 2013 New Orleans Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday Planning Commission, today, Mayor Mitch Landrieu and MLK Holiday Planning Commission Chair Rev. Norwood Thompson, Jr. will be available to provide brief remarks on the schedule of events for the City’s 27th annual MLK holiday celebration.
