The City of New Orleans is committed to making our websites accessible for everyone, including users with disabilities. We strive to ensure all users can easily access vital City services, programs and activities available online. 

Digital Equity is important to us

We crawl our sites weekly and perform manual testing for quality assurance and accessibility. This helps us to identify issues and correct them according to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.1 (Level AA).

We also work with the Mayor's Advisory Council for Citizens with Disabilities  to incorporate community feedback.
