Neighborhood Participation Program (NPP) Protocol Changes
Affecting City Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Adjustments Application Submissions
Beginning Monday, March 21, 2022, all Neighborhood Participation Program (NPP) contact lists issued by the City Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Adjustments staff shall be for IN-PERSON NPP meetings. Applicants receiving a list on or after this date shall follow the normal protocols and shall no longer be authorized to substitute a virtual meeting or comment period.
Please note that if the Mayor’s State of Emergency is allowed to lapse, all NPP meetings would need to be in person regardless of when the NPP contact list was issued by the staff.
