The New Orleans City Planning Commission (CPC), the Regional Transit Agency (RTA), and the Mayor’s Office of Transportation are working collaboratively with multiple city agencies and local organizations to produce a comprehensive Transit Oriented Communities (TOC) Plan for Orleans Parish. Over the next few months, the project team will consider recommendations for zoning changes, enhanced design standards, development incentives, affordable housing creation, improved transit and public infrastructure and economic development initiatives to support greater access to transit and improve existing transit corridors.
Please take a moment to complete a brief survey that will support the project team in gathering information about the existing strengths of New Orleans neighborhoods and community preference for possible TOC treatments.
