The Special CPC meeting on February 20, 2024, is CANCELLED to consider Planning Districts 9-13 Master Plan Future Land Use Map (FLUM) amendment requests. Items will be heard at the March 5, 2024, Special CPC hearing and a second Special CPC hearing, the date of which is pending.

The City Planning Commission is temporarily not accepting applications for Short Term Rentals and Bed & Breakfasts, including conditional use applications.  These applications are not being accepted in response to pending litigation.
