Department of Safety & Permits Relocates in June

Due to the upcoming relocation of the Department of Safety and Permits that will be taking place from June 12 - June 16, 2023, beginning Monday, June 12, in-person and walk-in services with the City Planning Commission will be limited.

Constituents are encouraged to use the following for services during this time:

• Please email cpcinfo@nola.gov or call 504-658-7033 to contact the planner on duty
• If you know the extension of a planner you are working with currently, you may call them to speak with them currently, or schedule an appointment

Normal in-person services will resume on Tuesday, June 20 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the new location in Orleans Tower - 1340 Poydras St. (Ste. 800).
