Non-Commercial Short-Term Rental Regulations

New non-commercial short-term rental regulations were adopted on April 2, 2023, by the City Council and will become effective July 1, 2023. Modified residential short-term rental regulations were an effort to bring them into compliance with the decision by the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, which determined the homestead exemption requirement to be unconstitutional.
