October 3: CPC listening session for CZO Articles 1-4 updates

The City Council has requested that the City Planning Commission consider a text amendment to Articles 1 through 4 of the City's zoning ordinance.  Articles 1 through 4 generally address the administrative requirements of the zoning ordinance.  The changes are intended to update and clarify regulations to make them more workable and understandable to the public at large.  The City Council motion is here.  It contains all of the proposed amendments.

The City Planning Commission staff will be holding a listening session to receive public input on the proposed changes. This meeting will be held on Friday, October 3 at 11 am via Microsoft Teams. The meeting link is here.
