Revised submittal deadlines for CPC meetings

The deadlines for regulatory applications (zoning dockets, subdivisions) to the City Planning Commission will change to once-a-month deadlines beginning in July.

The new deadlines are as follows:

• Submittal deadline of May 26 for the July 14 CPC meeting
• Submittal deadline of June 22 for the August 11 CPC meeting
• Submittal deadline of July 20 for the September 8 CPC meeting
• Submittal deadline of August 24 for the October 13 CPC meeting
• Submittal deadline of September 21 for the November 10 CPC meeting
• Submittal deadline of October 19 for the December 8 CPC meeting
• Submittal deadline of November 23 for the January 12, 2027 CPC meeting

Applications must be in complete form as of the deadline to be accepted, so it is encouraged that applications be submitted well in advance of the deadline to allow any deficiencies to be identified and remedied.
