Code Enforcement Hearings: What to Know

If you've received a notice to attend a Code Enforcement hearing for your property, please review our recommended checklist of important documents to bring to the hearing.

These hearings are held regularly to address issues with blighted properties. Being prepared can help ensure a smoother process.


Submit Documents Before A Hearing

Property owners can email documents—such as photos or other relevant information—before the hearing to ensure they are considered during the review process.

Members of the public are also welcome to email comments in advance of the hearing.
