If you would like to submit a request to receive information regarding a payoff, please email your contact information and attach any documents for a lien payoff request to cepayoffrequest@nola.gov. Please note that there is a limit of 25 MB on emails sent to the city. If you exceed the limit, send an additional email referencing the previous email sent.
