OCAI and the New Orleans Redevelopment Authority (NORA) guided 2312 Louisiana Avenue, a former firehouse, through the Redevelopment Framework. People's Housing+ and Alembic Community Development are developing the site into seven affordable, senior apartment units and an early childhood center.
The groundbreaking for the project is anticipated to take place in November, 2024.
