• Housing Ecosystem Plan
  • ​In June 2024, the City of Orleans unveiled its 10 year Housing Ecosystem Plan, developed by Thomas Consulting Group and HR&A Advisors and prepared for the City of New Orleans Office of Community Development and Office of Community Assets and Investment. The plan convened the City of New Orleans, the Housing Authority of New Orleans, the Finance Authority of New Orleans, and the New Orleans Redevelopment Authority to align organizational priorities and vision. Input was also solicited from the New Orleans community, City departments, housing advocates, the City Council, and affordable and market-rate developers.
• Affordable Housing Inventory
  • ​​OCAI worked with the City's Office of Community Development (OCD) and Office of Performance and Accountability (OPA) to create a visualization of City-funded affordable housing developments. Please note that this does not include all affordable housing in New Orleans.
• Case Studies
  • ​In the Convening & Coordination role, OCAI sets the table, bringing together key people to align, vision and explore the needs of the community in the areas of housing, land use and equitable neighborhood investments.
