The Broadmoor Neighborhood Improvement District promotes quality of life initiatives of the Broadmoor Improvement Association (BIA) that cater to residents living in the area included within the district and encourages the beautification and overall benefit of the district as defined in the Redevelopment Plan for Broadmoor.
