Purpose

The purpose of the Parking Facilities Corporation is to construct, own and operate the long-term parking garage at the Louis Armstrong International Airport. 

Composition

Five members.

• The Mayor appoints one member;
• The President of the New Orleans Building Corporation appoints one member;
• The City Council appoints one member;
• The Chairman of the New Orleans Tourism Marketing Corporation appoints one member; and
• The President or Chief Executive Officer of the Operator of the Garage appoints one member.
