Purpose

The Pressburg East Neighborhood Improvement and Security District promotes and encourages the beautification, security, and overall betterment of the district.

Composition

Seven members.

• The president of the Pressburg East Homeowners/Neighborhood Association;
• The governing board of the association appoints three members, two of whom may be members of the board;
• The councilmember whose district encompasses all or the greater portion of the area of the district appoints one member;
• The state representative whose district encompasses all or the greater portion of the area of the district appoints one member; and
• The state senator whose district encompasses all or the greater portion of the area of the district appoints one member.

Term Length

Three years; Ex-officio members serve terms concurrent with time in respective office.
