For questions about Medicaid or LaCHIP, call the Customer Service Hotline at 1-888-342-6848. Our representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

You can also reach us at our general support line 1-855-229-6848. Hearing impaired individuals may use the TTY service at 1-855-526-3346.

To apply for coverage or renew your existing Medicaid benefits, visit our Self-Service Portal at mymedicaid.la.gov. This online system allows you to manage your coverage from home.

If you need to send documents, you can fax them to 1-888-858-3875 or mail them to our processing center.
