New Orleans Health Care for the Homeless (HCH) provides comprehensive primary healthcare and dental services throughout Greater New Orleans. As a Federally Qualified Health Center serving our community for over 35 years, we welcome everyone, regardless of their ability to pay.
Our team of doctors, dentists, nurses, and case managers provides primary care for adults and dental services for both adults and children. While we don't provide emergency services, we offer both scheduled appointments and walk-in care.

Earlier this month, the New Orleans Health Department (NOHD), in partnership with ViaLink, 504HealthNet, Odyssey House Louisiana (OHL), and a coalition of local behavioral health providers, launched a groundbreaking new tool to address a critical gap in access to care: the Mental Health and Substance Use Outpatient Wait Time Dashboard, designed to help residents find timely mental health and substance use services—and assist providers in coordinating care more effectively.
