FORTIFIED Legacy Home Renovation Loan

The FORTIFIED Legacy Home Renovation Loan Program combines mortgage and renovation financing into one affordable loan. Eligible homebuyers purchasing a home through the Legacy Home Renovation Loan Program may receive a forgivable second mortgage to finance a FORTIFIED roof upgrade.

FORTIFIED RE-UP Loan
