Program Overview

The FORTIFIED RE-UP Loan Program provides accessible, 0% interest loans for FORTIFIED roofs. RE-UP has no minimum credit score requirements and HTF funds are used to provide competitive financing for FORTIFIED roofs.

Borrowers who are eager to install a FORTIFIED roof, but don’t have access to a grant are encouraged to check our website to learn about income qualifications and other loan application requirements to determine if FORTIFIED RE-UP is a good fit. FNO offers loans other resilient and sustainable home upgrade loans through the RE-UP Program.
