New Orleans' Housing Trust Fund (HTF) Advisory Committee has submitted its first annual report and budget to City Council, kicking off the fund's inaugural year. The HTF receives its first allocation in January 2026, and the Committee voted 5–1 to approve the plan at its November 12, 2025 meeting.
