Healthy Homes Administration to Hold Informational Webinars for Final Registration Phase

The Healthy Homes Administration will hold webinars on Thursday, Dec. 12 at 2 p.m.  and Wednesday, Dec. 18 at 6 p.m. to provide registration information for the Healthy Homes program. These sessions will be an hour long, with presentations and a question-and-answer segment conducted by the Healthy Homes Administration. To register please click on either of the following times:

These online sessions will provide registration information for the Healthy Homes program. All rental property owners in the City of New Orleans must obtain a Healthy Homes Certificate of Compliance to rent their housing units located in Orleans Parish. The webinars will go over the basics of the program and how to register. Landlords and property managers are strongly encouraged to attend at least one session. 

The Healthy Homes Program aims to ensure that all rental properties meet essential habitability standards in the City of New Orleans to protect tenants.

Jan. 1 begins the third and final phase of registration. At the close of this registration period, all rental owners are expected to have a Certificate of Compliance in order to operate rental properties in the city.  All rentals must be registered.
