NEW ORLEANS — Due to emergency repairs to a main water valve causing water service interruption for the entire City Hall building, City Hall will be closed out an abundance of caution and safety to the public and City Hall employees on Monday, Feb. 26. However, City Hall services will remain open virtually.
City Hall employees who are approved to work remotely may be allowed to telework or may be given the option to work extended hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday, this week.
Employees will be expected to return to work on schedule on Tuesday, Feb. 27 unless directed otherwise.
