NEW ORLEANS – The City of New Orleans today reminds all landlords of one-to-three-unit rental properties operating in Orleans Parish to apply for the Healthy Homes Certificate of Compliance by May 1. Certification is a requirement of the Healthy Homes Ordinance.
The easiest and quickest way to apply is by completing the digital application via the OneStopApp. Instructions are available on the Healthy Homes webpage https://nola.gov/healthyhomes.
For those unable to access OneStop, applicants may register in-person by visiting 1340 Poydras St, Suite 800, during normal business hours. The Healthy Homes Administration will also be holding in-person registration sessions at satellite locations on the following dates:
