City of New Orleans Department of Safety & Permits’ Healthy Homes Administration Reminds Residents of Landlord Information Day

NEW ORLEANS — The City of New Orleans Department of Safety & Permits’ Healthy Homes Administration reminds residents that they will host the first ever Landlord Information Day on Thursday, May 30 from 1 – 4 p.m. at the Gernon Brown Recreation Center, 1001 Harrison Ave. 

Aimed at providing information for rental property owners across the city, Landlord Information Day offers landlords an opportunity to learn the requirements of the Healthy Homes Ordinance, as well as how to register rental property with the City of New Orleans. Information about zoning and building compliance will also be available.  

Several City departments and organizations will be tabling at the event to offer further resources and information, including:
