City of New Orleans to Host a Series of Virtual Business Information Sessions

NEW ORLEANS - The City of New Orleans, Office of Economic Development will host a series of three virtual business information sessions. Each of the sessions will provide information regarding how to do business with local, state and federal government agencies.
SESSIONS:
May 29 - The Bureau of Purchasing - how to register as a supplier or vendor, where to find bid opportunities, and how to respond to bids.
Office of Supplier Diversity - State and Local Disadvantage Business Enterprise (SLDBE) Certification, the process of becoming certified, and the functions of their office.
June 3 - Office of State Procurement - how to register as a supplier or vendor, where to find bid opportunities, how to respond to bids, and other functions of their office.
June 5 - U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Louisiana District Office - how to register as a supplier or with vendor System for Award Management (SAM), where to find bid opportunities, and how to respond to bids.
