ROAD CLOSURE EXTENSION IN THE 2300 BLOCK OF MAGAZINE

On Wednesday, Oct. 8, starting at 9 a.m., Magazine Street will be closing off the intersection of First Street in addition to the existing closure of the 2300 block of Magazine Street, to vehicular traffic to facilitate utility repairs, by Department of Public Works contractor. Safety is our main priority; therefore, we are encouraging everyone to follow all traffic signage and construction directions placed in the area. Traffic will reopen by 6 p.m. on Nov. 28, weather permitting.

Since May 2018 DPW has completed 228 projects with an estimated value of $1.28 Billion. 44 roadwork projects are currently under construction with an estimated value of $507 million.
