Municipal Complex Advisory Committee

The MCAC was established to review and recommend a process for development of a new municipal complex for the City of New Orleans, consisting of a new City Hall and Civil District Court. In accordance with Home Rule Charter § 4-104, the function of the Committee is limited to counsel and advice, and it has no authority over development of the municipal complex.
