The Mayor’s Neighborhood Engagement Office (NEO) will host their first Neighborhood Cares Day of the year this Saturday, March 9. This event will take place in the Pines Village neighborhood at Digby Park, 6600 Virgilian St., from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
