I understand a liaison of Neighborhood Engagement will reach out to verify our neighborhood association information using the contact information in this form. I also understand that if the neighborhood association does not comply, this may result in being removed from being a Verified Neighborhood Association, until updates have been confirmed. The information provided in the registration link will be available on the NEO website as public information within 2 weeks of your submission.
