(NEW ORLEANS, LA) -New Orleans City Councilmembers respond to erroneous claims made by Henry Consulting and the Cantrell Administration that the former will assume the French Quarter sanitation contract.

Beginning Monday, April 21, the City of New Orleans Department of Public Works contractor, RNGD Construction LLC, will temporarily close the 5700–6000 blocks of Cameron Boulevard to begin mill and overlay work as part of ongoing roadway restoration in the area. The closure is expected to remain in effect for two days, with the road reopening on or around April 22.
Beginning Monday, April 21, the City of New Orleans Department of Public Works (DPW) contractor RNGD Construction, LLC, will temporarily close the intersection at St. Anthony Avenue and Allen Toussaint Drive to begin mill and overlay work. This closure is expected to remain in effect for one week and will reopen approximately on April 30. Detoured traffic will be rerouted up Leon C. Simon Drive to Elysian Fields Avenue.
