"I have directed NOFD Superintendent Roman Nelson to work with extreme urgency to identify and work with law enforcement to apprehend whoever is responsible. I will not allow anyone to terrorize our neighborhoods or cause this level of destruction and fear. We will find who is responsible and hold them accountable to the full extent of the law.
