NEW ORLEANS — In order to recover from the Cyber Incident, the One Stop Shop for Permits & Licensing, which includes the Vieux Carre Commission (VCC), Historic Districts Landmarks Commission (HDLC), City Planning Commission (CPC), and the Department of Safety and Permits, will be closed to the public each Wednesday for the next six (6) months.
