Friday, March 15, 2013 at 06:35 am, the New Orleans Fire Department (NOFD) responded to a 911 call for 223 North Broad at Bienville street. When firefighters arrived on the scene, fire had already extended to the second floor of this vacant two story wood frame structure and had broken the roof line; a second alarm was struck immediately.
