February 4, 2026 | From New Orleans Fire Department
On Wednesday, February 4, 2026, the New Orleans Fire Department (NOFD) announced that suspects believed responsible for the January 20, 2026, Aggravated Arson at 1383-85 St Bernard Ave have been taken into custody. The arrests were made with assistance from Louisiana State Police (LSP) Troop NOLA. The suspects are currently in the custody of LSP.
Fire Investigators from the NOFD and Louisiana State Fire Marshal worked tirelessly to pinpoint valuable information related to this crime. More information related to these arrests, including the identification of the suspects, will be forthcoming.
