NOFD In-Service and Recruit Promotional Ceremony
On Friday, May 29, 2026, the New Orleans Fire Department (NOFD) conducted a promotional ceremony for twenty members receiving in-service promotions to the positions of Apparatus Operator, Fire Captain, District Chief, and Deputy Chief. Three NOFD Fire Recruits were also recognized as graduating to the position of Probationary Firefighter. The ceremony was held at the Treme Recreation Community Center, 900 N. Villere St., NOLA 70116.
The NOFD members promoted were:
Deputy Chief: Ryan Woods
District Chiefs: Damien Burlett and Milton McWilliams
Captains: Craig Collignon, Phillip Goudy, Bianca Jones, Earl Munch and Jason Aken
Operators: Nathan Majoue, Robert Reuther, Harold Blouin, Dana Harris, Joshua Cooper, Isaac Edah-Dike, Kristen Williams, Devin Lucien, Keyonta Joyner and Chauncey Eanes
Probationary Firefighters: Maurice Gasper, Dwayne Kennedy and Kenney Hand
