Consent Decree Implementation

We serve as the vital link between NOPD, the City of New Orleans, and the U.S. Department of Justice. Our team coordinates compliance efforts and facilitates the sharing of essential information to ensure adherence to federal standards. Through careful documentation and implementation, we help guide the department's continued progress and improvement.

Information Systems

Our technology-focused team drives data-driven policing through:

  • Crime pattern analysis and statistical reporting for weekly C.O.M.S.T.A.T. meetings
  • Management of body-worn and in-car camera systems
  • Support for vehicle-mounted computer systems
