Please note the submission deadline has been moved to 5:00 p.m. Friday, October 30, 2026, to afford the NOPD Towing & Recovery Unit adequate time to review applications and conduct the associated inspections of all applicants by Thursday, December 31, 2026.

Please ensure your application packet is complete with all required attachments prior to personal delivery to the Towing & Recovery Unit. 

Incomplete or handwritten application packets will not be accepted.
