About Us

The Office of Performance and Accountability (OPA) serves as the City's central hub for data analytics and performance management. By transforming raw data into actionable insights, we help city departments operate more efficiently, make informed decisions, and better serve our residents.

Our Purpose

We believe that good data leads to good decisions. OPA uses data to improve city operations, inform policy decisions, and increase transparency—working toward a future where city government delivers services equitably, effectively, and sustainably.

Our Approach

We combine rigorous analysis with creative problem-solving to tackle the City's most pressing challenges. Through collaboration with city employees and community partners, we ensure our work reflects real-world expertise. Every project is chosen strategically to maximize impact while advancing equity throughout our community.
