We're here to make the process of applying for benefits simple and easy! Below, you will find regularly scheduled hours where we can help you complete your application for benefit programs such as SNAP, Medicaid and WIC. Residents can make an appointment with us using the links below, call 2-1-1, or visit vialink.org to find their nearest service locations for a range of programs and services.
The New Orleans Health Department will provide a confidential and secure space for residents seeking help with completing their applications to receive benefits. Interested residents will receive informational materials and resources, computer access, and guidance on submitting an application.
